Audrey L. Priolo, an associate of Magnanimo & Dean, LLP, is an experienced attorney, who has successfully litigated numerous cases, including cases involving employment, personal injury, bad faith, insurance fraud, defamation and breach of contract. Ms. Priolo handles employment disputes involving claims for retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, harassment and hostile work environment based on race, gender, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, mental and physical disability, age and religion, breach of contract, wage and hour violations, whistleblowing, violation of the Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act claims, and/or Pregnancy Disability Leave Act, violation of the right to privacy, defamation and fraud.
Prior to Magnanimo & Dean, LLP, Ms. Priolo worked as a civil litigator with the firm of Zinder & Koch. While there, she represented both defendants and plaintiffs in a variety of cases. Ms. Priolo has successfully litigated numerous cases, obtaining favorable results for her clients.
Ms. Priolo is a member of the California State Bar and is licensed to practice before the courts of California; the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California; and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Priolo attended The University of Nebraska at Lincoln, where she double majored and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Advertising and Broadcasting with a minor in Economics. Ms. Priolo achieved her coursework for her Economics minor at Oxford University. Ms. Priolo is a 2005 graduate of Southwestern Law School.
